Cybertruck Films is Hiring: Creative Head (Kochi / Ernakulam)

We are looking for a Creative Head with a strong passion for digital storytelling, visual creativity, and leadership. The ideal candidate should bring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to drive high-quality content.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in the media, advertising, or film industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Mass Communication, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory)
• Proven ability to lead creative teams and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Strong portfolio demonstrating original content creation, campaign work, or reel production
• Basic understanding of cinematography, lighting, shot planning, and video editing
• Must be skilled in creating presentations, pitch decks, and managing project timelines
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and basic production tools
• Fluent in English, Malayalam, Hindi, and Tamil
• Ability to think conceptually and visually with excellent storytelling and planning skills
• A genuine interest in direction, content trends, and digital formats
• Must be based in Kochi / Ernakulam

• 1-month probation with certificate
• Post-probation: Base salary + accommodation for females

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
