Creative Director

As a Creative Director at Saad Communications, a creative mainline advertising agency in Thane, Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in leading creative projects and developing innovative strategies. Your responsibilities will include overseeing branding initiatives, providing art direction, and contributing to graphic design work. This is a full-time on-site position where you will be expected to collaborate with account executives to understand clients" requirements and translate creative briefs into compelling designs. Your work activities will involve conceiving and implementing concepts, guidelines, and strategies for various creative projects, leading brainstorming sessions to generate ideas, and ensuring that projects are completed within deadlines. You will also be responsible for directing and motivating teams of art directors, illustrators, and copywriters to effectively utilize their talents and produce high-quality work. Additionally, you will need to visualize and design unique campaigns that meet both client needs and the agency's standards. To excel in this role, you must have proven experience as a creative director or in a similar creative position, with hands-on experience in the creative process, marketing, graphic design, and brand development. Proficiency in software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint, CorelDraw, and brand communications is essential. Strong leadership, organization, interpersonal, and analytical skills are also required. A degree in advertising, fine art, design, or a relevant field will be considered an asset.
