Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Director at Saad Communications in Thane, Mumbai. The Creative Director will be responsible for leading creative projects, developing innovative strategies, overseeing branding initiatives, providing art direction, and contributing to graphic design work. Work activities: · Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines, and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion. · Collaborate with account executives to obtain knowledge of the client’s requirements. Translate creative briefs into creative designs. · Direct and motivate teams of art directors, illustrators, copywriters, etc. to help them use their talents effectively. Ability to pitch an idea or explain a campaign to the client. · Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas. Commitment to deadlines. · Visualize and design unique and well-crafted campaigns that meet clients’ needs as well as our own · Train and guide subordinates into accomplished professionals · Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future Requirements & Skills: · Proven experience as a creative director or in a similar creative role · Hand-on experience in the creative process, marketing, graphic design, and brand development · Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint, CorelDraw and brand communications. · Outstanding leadership and organization skills · Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities · Graduate in advertising, fine art, design or relevant field; will be considered an asset Reporting: This position will report to Sr. Creative Director of Saad Communications Pvt Ltd.
