Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Creative Director at Hungry Shark Media, based in Bengaluru. The Creative Director will be responsible for overseeing the creative process, managing multiple creative projects, and leading a team of designers, writers, and other creatives. Day-to-day tasks include developing creative strategies, directing the design of marketing materials, branding initiatives, and ensuring all creative content aligns with client expectations and brand standards.

Qualifications

Proven skills in Creative Direction, Creative Strategy, and Branding
Experience in Art Direction and Graphic Design
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
