Creative Director

Audento Digital is looking for a forward-thinking Creative Director who can blend artistic vision with the latest in AI-powered tools to lead our creative department. Location : Kochi, Kerala About the Role As Creative Director, you'll be responsible for defining the creative direction of Audento across brands and platforms. You’ll lead a team of designers, writers, and motion artists to craft bold, high-performing digital campaigns — with a strong emphasis on AI-driven creativity and automation tools. Key Responsibilities ● Lead creative ideation, visual storytelling, and campaign development ● Leverage AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, RunwayML, DALL·E, ChatGPT) to enhance and scale creative output ● Manage a team of designers, copywriters, and motion designers ● Collaborate with strategy, performance, and social teams to align business and creative goals ● Maintain a high standard of brand consistency and design quality ● Present and pitch creative concepts to internal stakeholders and clients Requirements ● 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role (agency or brand) ● Strong portfolio of digital campaigns, brand stories, and visual systems ● Proven expertise in visual design, art direction, and digital storytelling ● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Premier Pro, and AI-powered design tools ● Deep understanding of generative AI trends in content creation ● Ability to work cross-functionally and lead with both vision and execution Bonus Skills ● Experience in motion design or video content production ● Exposure to working with D2C, lifestyle, or tech brands ● Prior experience integrating AI tools in creative workflows Show more Show less
