Job Description

You are a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with a passion for storytelling and a knack for crafting innovative marketing strategies. With hands-on experience in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and end-to-end campaign execution, you are confident in handling events, meetups, and cross-functional collaborations. Your key responsibilities include strategizing and executing creative digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive lead generation, brand visibility, and engagement. You will also plan and manage SEO & SEM efforts to optimize online presence and attract quality traffic. Developing creative concepts that resonate with target audiences, overseeing content calendars, and collaborating with designers and content writers to deliver cohesive brand messaging are essential aspects of your role. You are adept at analyzing performance metrics, preparing reports, and continuously improving campaigns based on insights. Additionally, you will represent the brand in events, webinars, and meetups, taking ownership of event promotions and audience engagement. Staying updated on industry trends and best practices is crucial for bringing innovation and improvement to ongoing marketing efforts. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, and SEO/SEM. A strong understanding of performance marketing, lead funnels, conversion optimization, and analytics is essential. Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and basic design/collaboration tools is required. Excellent English communication skills, creativity, proactiveness, and the ability to work independently are key attributes for success. Experience with influencer marketing, email automation tools, and video content strategy is a plus. Exposure to B2B or SaaS-based marketing, as well as prior event marketing or community engagement experience, would be beneficial in this role.,
