Role Overview:

Creative Designer & Video Editor

Key Responsibilities

Visual Design
: Create engaging designs for digital, print, and multimedia formats that maintain brand consistency.
Motion Graphics
: Develop animations, transitions, and visual effects to enhance video storytelling.
Branding & Campaigns
: Collaborate with the marketing team to design visual assets for social media campaigns, presentations, and print collaterals
Creative Strategy
: Contribute to brainstorming sessions, offering fresh perspectives and translating concepts into compelling visuals.
Cross-functional Collaboration
: Work closely with product, marketing, and content teams to align design and video output with business goals.

Requirements

Education
: Graduate/Postgraduate in Design, Communication, Animation, or related field from tier 1 design institute.
Experience
: 3–4 years of professional experience in design and video editing roles.
Technical Skills
:
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Figma and UI/UX tools
Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
Creative Skills
: Strong storytelling ability, visual imagination, and attention to detail.
Soft Skills
: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
