Key Responsibilities: - Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to targeted B2B prospects to generate interest and qualify leads. - Understand client needs and pain points, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services. - Maintain a deep understanding of the industry, product, and competitive landscape to handle objections and engage prospects. - Schedule meetings or product demos for account executives or senior sales team members. - Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track activities, update lead status, and manage pipelines efficiently. - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve campaign performance and targeting. - Meet or exceed weekly/monthly/quarterly KPIs including call volume, conversion rate, and qualified leads generated.
