Creative Content Creator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly imaginative and detail-oriented Creative Content Creator to develop engaging, innovative, and brand-aligned content across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will be skilled in storytelling, design, and multimedia production, with a strong understanding of how to create content that captures attention, builds community, and drives engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop original, creative, and high-quality content (text, images, videos, reels, graphics, blogs, infographics, podcasts, etc.) tailored for social media, websites, campaigns, and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align content with brand strategy and campaign goals.
  • Generate fresh, trend-driven content ideas to grow brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Manage end-to-end content creation: ideation, scripting, filming/shooting, editing, and publishing.
  • Ensure all content is optimized for SEO, readability, and audience engagement.
  • Stay updated with digital trends, viral formats, pop culture, and competitor strategies.
  • Repurpose long-form content into bite-sized, platform-specific formats.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and style across all platforms.
  • Analyze performance metrics and adapt content strategies to maximize reach and impact.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Content Creator, Creative Writer, Video Editor, or similar role.
  • Strong storytelling, copywriting, and visual communication skills.
  • Proficiency with design/editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar).
  • Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Facebook) and their content formats.
  • Understanding of SEO, hashtags, and digital marketing basics.
  • Ability to brainstorm and execute ideas independently while collaborating with teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
  • A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, or related field (not mandatory if you have proven skills).
  • Experience in influencer collaborations or community building.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, YouTube Studio, etc.).
  • Basic photography and videography skills.
