Creative Business Specialist

Experience with industry leaders

As a Creative Business Specialist, you will:

• Develop and implement strategic business plans focused on growth, scalability, and client impact.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing and product development.
• Lead initiatives to streamline business operations and enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with coaches and internal teams to optimize marketing funnels and client journeys.
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships and collaborations, both in India and overseas.
• Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service excellence.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience

  in business development, preferably in coaching, consulting, or wellness industries.
• Proven track record in

  scaling up brands

  and working with

  holistic/spiritual or personal growth platforms

  .
• Solid understanding of

  marketing automation, funnels, and lead generation tools

  (e.g., ClickFunnels, Kajabi, HubSpot, landing pages, group clustering, community managing, communications tools).
• Strong analytical thinking and strategic planning abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client management skills.
• Demonstrated experience with

  international collaboration

  or

  overseas partnerships

  is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in

  Business, Marketing, Psychology

  , or a related field. MBA or specialized training in coaching/consulting strategy is an advantage.
