As a Creative Business Specialist at Velvet Bond, you will play a key role in scaling the coaching and consulting firm by leveraging your 3 to 5 years of experience. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing strategic business plans to drive growth, scalability, and client impact. You will have the opportunity to work with industry leaders and collaborate with top-tier coaches to enhance the global presence within the holistic, spiritual, life coaching, and transformational education industries. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth, scalability, and client impact. - Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to guide marketing and product development strategies. - Lead initiatives to streamline business operations and improve customer experience. - Collaborate with coaches and internal teams to optimize marketing funnels and enhance client journeys. - Establish and nurture strategic partnerships and collaborations both domestically and internationally. - Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service excellence. Qualifications: - 3-5 years of relevant experience in business development, with a preference for coaching, consulting, or wellness industries. - Proven track record in scaling up brands within holistic/spiritual or personal growth platforms. - Strong understanding of marketing automation tools, funnels, and lead generation techniques (e.g., ClickFunnels, Kajabi, HubSpot). - Excellent analytical, strategic planning, interpersonal, communication, and client management skills. - Experience in international collaboration or overseas partnerships is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field. An MBA or specialized training in coaching/consulting strategy is advantageous. - Passion for personal growth, emotional wellness, or conscious entrepreneurship is highly desirable.
