Wanted: Creative Director – Art (AKA The Design Deity We’ve Been Manifesting)

Location: The Marcom Avenue HQ

The Role (Spoiler: It’s Not Just a “Job”)

Are you the person who criticizes the font on shampoo bottles? Can you spot bad kerning from a mile away? Do you believe that a single pixel can change a campaign’s fate? Then, my friend, you're one of us.

What You’ll Actually Do (Besides Judging Color Palettes)
  • Orchestrate

    award-magnet campaigns

    across screens, billboards, inboxes, and brains.
  • Be the

    Steve Jobs of visual storytelling

    — pixel-perfect and drama-friendly.
  • Translate briefs into jaw-dropping creative journeys (no Google Translate needed).
  • Collaborate with mortals across tech, social, media, and strategy. Be their design god.
  • Direct ad films, DVCs, product videos like Tarantino... but with better font choices.
  • Use AI tools like

    Midjourney, Runway, Figma AI

    like a wizard from 2040.
  • Mentor the art & video team — lead with sass, skill, and zero Comic Sans.
  • Ensure everything we put out looks like Cannes, feels like Netflix, and sells like hot samosas.
Must-Have Superpowers
  • A portfolio that

    makes other CDs cry (in a good way)

  • Experience that screams “Been there. Designed that. Won the pitch.”
  • Mastered at least

    one major brand’s glow-up

    from meh to memorable
  • Tools of the trade: Adobe CC, Figma, AI art tools, and a brain hardwired for aesthetics
  • Deep understanding of everything from

    mainline to motion design

    to “OMG this ad is genius!”

  • You can’t back your design with strategy. Pretty ≠ Purpose.
  • You’ve never survived a

    pitch with 2 hours' prep and 10 stakeholders.
