Creative Art Director

As a Creative Director (Art), your main responsibility will be to think creatively and transform client briefs into high-impact visual ideas. You will collaborate with various teams to strategize and execute campaigns for healthcare brands. Your role will involve conceptualizing, designing artwork, and ensuring the timely delivery of quality work within budget constraints. You will need to understand the brief thoroughly, work closely with client servicing, copy, and medical teams, and contribute innovative ideas to the overall project. As a Creative Director, you will also oversee a team of creative professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to encourage collaboration and maintain a creative environment. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts (BFA) or Applied Art and have a proven track record of conceptualizing and designing advertising campaigns for healthcare brands. Strong graphic design skills, creativity, the ability to communicate ideas effectively, and proficiency in Adobe Design Suite (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) are essential.
