Creative Art Director

You are in search of a talented Creative Art Director who thrives in a dynamic setting involving video shoots and CG product videos, and enjoys the thrill of uncovering what captures the interest of consumers. Your role will involve collaborating with a seasoned design-oriented team to develop an overarching concept. Your primary objective will be to transform the vision of the creative director and client into groundbreaking and remarkable campaigns that engage the specified target audiences effectively. Your responsibilities will include generating clear ideas and concepts in partnership with the copywriter and creative director, creating sketches, storyboards, and rough drafts to visualize concepts, understanding marketing strategies, creative direction, and the intended audience, working in conjunction with the rest of the creative team across various media platforms, bringing projects from concept to completion within set deadlines, overseeing and assigning tasks to other designers while providing guidance, presenting finalized ideas to clients and team members, staying abreast of industry trends and upholding best practices. To excel in this role, you must have proven experience as an Art Director, particularly in CG video production, possess practical skills in shoots, CG animation, logo design, typography, color theory, web layout design, and print advertisements, demonstrate proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar visual design and wireframing tools, showcase graphic design abilities through a solid portfolio, be adept at incorporating feedback and following directions effectively, exhibit teamwork qualities with excellent communication and presentation capabilities, and have relevant educational background or training. This is a Full-time, Regular/Permanent position with a Day shift schedule.,
