What you’ll do:
Drive creative vision & design strategy across campaigns.
Lead & mentor a team of designers & visualizers.
Create impactful work for social, web, video, print & motion.
Present ideas & strategies to clients with confidence.
Blend creativity with performance & innovation (incl. Generative AI).
What we’re looking for:
8–12 yrs in art direction/design (preferably digital-first agency).
Strong portfolio across industries.
Expertise in Adobe Suite, Figma, AI tools.
Leadership, storytelling & client-facing skills.
