Build and manage detailed monthly content calendars , but also be ready to ditch the plan for a real-time opportunity. Collaborate with copy, design, video, influencer, and strategy teams to deliver social-first campaigns — fast and flawlessly. Write sharp captions, witty copy, and bold CTAs — no AI, no fluff, just crisp, platform-native storytelling. Monitor comments, DMs, audience behavior, and trends — and own community engagement like a pro . Track content performance and platform insights — then use that data to make the next post smarter. Pitch campaign ideas, brand moments, and content formats that are fresh, fast, and fearless . ✅ What You Bring to the Feed Experience: 6–8 years in social media execution, with hands-on experience running brand pages end-to-end. Agency or startup background preferred. You’ve scaled pages, built engagement, and created content that actually went viral .
