Creative Art Director

The ideal candidate for this role should possess excellent ideation visualization skills and a strong sense of layout. You must be ready to take on responsibilities with a disciplined work approach. Additionally, the ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDraw are essential. With 7 to 9 years of experience in design/creative fields, preferably in an advertising agency, and a background in Fine Arts, you will have an advantage. Graduates from design schools will also be preferred. Your key skills should include expertise in visualization and conceptualization, the ability to complete tasks within specified timeframes, and a keen understanding of client requirements to ensure visual continuity while adhering to branding guidelines. It is important to stay updated on the latest advertising trends and suggest creative enhancements accordingly. Experience in working on various segments, campaigns, promotional collaterals, and product packaging is beneficial.
