Customer Relationship Executive (Used Cars) – Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Handling & Enquiries

• Attend walk-in, online, and telephonic enquiries for used cars.
• Understand customer requirements (budget, model preference, condition, etc.) and suggest suitable options.
• Provide accurate vehicle information — model year, mileage, ownership, and price.

2. Vehicle Evaluation & Documentation

• Coordinate for car evaluation, inspection, and pricing with the technical/evaluation team.
• Maintain proper documentation of each vehicle (RC, insurance, service records, NOC, etc.).
• Assist in the transfer of ownership and other RTO-related processes.

3. Sales Coordination

• Support the sales process from lead generation to delivery.
• Ensure timely follow-up with customers to convert leads into sales.
• Update CRM system with enquiry status, test drives, and customer feedback.

4. Dealer & Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with dealers, brokers, and vendors for vehicle sourcing.
• Manage vehicle availability and inventory updates.

5. Customer Satisfaction

• Ensure smooth delivery experience for buyers and sellers.
• Handle post-sale customer queries and maintain high satisfaction scores.
• Collect feedback and help build long-term customer relationships.

6. Reporting & MIS

• Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, sales, and customer visits.
• Track performance against sales targets and share insights with management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹168,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
