As a Customer Relationship Executive, your role involves politely greeting arriving consumers/guests and managing the customer waiting area. You will be providing the product catalogue and information on products, service plans, and promotions during the customer's waiting time. Additionally, you will offer direction guidance to customers up to the desired counter and provide exceptional customer service. It is essential to maintain customer data electronically for all walk-ins and exhibit professional courteous behavior at all times. Leveraging resources to minimize customer waiting times and escalating customer issues to Store Managers are also part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, maintaining a clean work area with the help of Housekeeping (HK) and a neat, well-groomed personal appearance are crucial. You will manage various customers, greet everyone politely, administer all inquiries, and assist in any special guest requests. Coordinating with service agents and drivers, providing maps and directions to customers, analyzing customer requirements, directing customers to appropriate departments, and ensuring resource availability are key tasks. Reporting to the concerned authority is also expected. While the duties are not limited to the tasks mentioned, adhering to customer satisfaction levels by following policies and protocols is essential.
