Job Description: As an Event Promoter (Temporary/Freelance) for a 3-day event in New Delhi from 2nd to 5th April 2025, you will play a key role in engaging with attendees at our exhibition stall and promoting our product. We are seeking energetic and outgoing individuals who can confidently approach people and effectively drive sales during the event. Your responsibilities will include being physically present at the exhibition venue in New Delhi throughout the event hours. You will be expected to attract attendees to the stall, initiate conversations, explain the product, encourage product demonstrations, and ultimately contribute to driving sales. To be successful in this role, you must be available for training on 2nd April and commit to attending all event days from 3rd to 5th April. Verify that production output meets defined quality standards and specifications. Inspect outbound shipments to ensure only conforming products are dispatched. Prepare and maintain inspection records, test reports, and certificates of conformity. Identify and report non-conformities; coordinate with production and engineering teams for corrective actions. Ensure proper handling, storage, and packaging of finished goods as per company standards. Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of preventive measures for recurring issues. Support audits (internal and external) related to production and outbound quality. Ensure compliance with all relevant quality, safety, and environmental policies. Key Requirements: Diploma/Bachelors degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering discipline. 3-5 years of experience in production and outbound quality inspection, preferably in power electronics, electrical equipment, or similar industries. Good knowledge of power electronic products such as inverters, converters, UPS, or similar devices. Familiarity with industry quality standards (ISO 9001, IEC standards, etc.). Experience in using electrical and electronic testing instruments. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Strong documentation and reporting skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. May require extended hours to meet production and dispatch schedules. Knowledge of lean manufacturing and quality improvement tools (e.g., 5S, 7QC tools, root cause analysis). Experience with ERP or quality management systems.
