JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Handle incoming calls, messages, and inquiries from customers and provide prompt assistance.
  • Make outbound calls for lead follow-ups, appointment confirmations, and feedback collection.
  • Schedule and coordinate client appointments with relevant departments or branches.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client details
  • Resolve customer queries or escalate them to the concerned department when necessary.
  • Promote company services and offers during customer interactions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain professional communication standards.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for lead management and conversion.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on call activities and performance metrics.
