CAE Analyst – Crash Simulation (ANSA - LS-DYNA / PAM-CRASH / LS-Prepost / Meta Post )
Responsibilities:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a CAE Analyst with strong hands-on experience in crash simulations using LS-DYNA . The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of various vehicle crash test scenarios including regulatory, NCAP, and OEM-specific load cases. The analyst will be responsible for model setup, execution, result analysis, and reporting for frontal, side, rear, pedestrian, and seat integrity crash tests.
Key Responsibilities:
- 
Set up, run, and validate crash simulations using LS-DYNA.
- 
Apply appropriate material models, contacts, boundary conditions, and loadings for each crash event.
- 
Interpret and analyze crash test results (intrusion, acceleration, deformation, injury criteria, etc.).
- 
Deliver technical insights and recommendations to design and safety teams.
- 
Ensure model compliance with OEM guidelines, NCAP protocols, and global crash regulations.
- 
Participate in debugging, result correlation, and model improvement activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering.

Strong hands-on experience in LS-DYNA or PAM-CRASH

Familiarity with pre/post tools like ANSA, Meta Post, Animator

Rear Crash:
- 
MRB1100 – Rear 50% Overlap
- 
MRB1800 – Rear Full Overlap
Pedestrian Protection:
- 
HEADNCAP – Headform to bonnet/windshield
- 
HEAD(REG) – Regulation-based tests
- 
UPPERLEG – Upper legform to bumper
