Key Responsbilities

• Plan, launch, and scale

  CPS-based affiliate campaigns

  for international geographies (US, EU, Tier-1 markets)
• Manage paid traffic across platforms such as

  Meta, Google Ads, Native, Push, and other paid traffic sources

• Optimise campaigns for

  ROI, CPA, EPC, and conversion rate

• Analyse performance data using

  tracking tools

  (Trcakier, Voluum, Binom, RedTrack, etc.)
• Test and optimize

  creatives, funnels, landing pages, and offers

  to improve profitability
• Coordinate with

  affiliate managers and internal teams

  for offer optimization and scaling
• Monitor

  platform compliance, ad policies, and geo-specific regulations

  , especially for Google Ads
• Troubleshoot and resolve

  ad disapprovals, account issues, and policy-related challenges

  on Google Ads
• Scale winning campaigns while maintaining

  long-term account health and profitability

Required Skill & Experience

• 2+ years of experience

  in CPS / affiliate media buying
• Strong exposure to

  international affiliate markets

• Hands-on experience with

  tracking platforms

  and attribution tools
• Solid understanding of

  funnels, creatives, and conversion optimization

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make

  quick optimization decisions

• Experience working with

  affiliate networks and direct advertisers

• Advanced knowledge of Google Ads policies

  , ad review processes, and issue resolution
• Practical understanding of

  traffic filtering, tracking configurations, and cloaking-related tools

  from a compliance and risk-management perspective
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on

  scaling responsibly
