CPL Manager -Media Buyer

What do we need from your end? ● Manage and optimize international CPL campaigns (USA, UK, etc.) across platforms like Meta, BIGO, Taboola, etc. ● Execute media buying across multiple traffic sources to meet CPL and ROI targets. ● Handle advertiser relationships — both direct clients and agencies — in the ad tech space. ● Build and maintain supply-side partnerships (publishers, networks, etc.). ● Monitor campaign performance daily; adjust targeting, creatives, and bids to improve results. ● Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights based on data analytics. ● Stay updated on CPL market trends, platform updates, and industry best practices. ● Ensure lead quality, compliance with regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and platform policies. ● Collaborate with internal teams on creatives, landing pages, and tech integrations. ● Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and strategy planning for lead generation. Requirements ● 3+ years of experience in CPL performance marketing, ad tech, or lead generation. ● Proven track record managing international CPL campaigns (especially USA, UK, etc.). ● Hands-on experience with platforms like Meta Ads, BIGO, Taboola, Outbrain, and others. ● Strong knowledge of media buying, campaign setup, and optimization strategies. ● Experience working with both advertisers (agencies/direct clients) and supply partners. ● Proficiency in analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Voluum, etc.).
