Role Description

full-time, on-site

international cost-per-lead (CPL) campaigns

Daily tasks will include tracking campaign performance, analyzing data, optimizing budgets, and implementing strategies to improve ROI. The role also involves coordinating with international clients and partners to ensure transparency, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing

  CPL campaigns

  across global affiliate and direct advertiser networks
• Monitor

  lead quality, volume, and cost efficiency

  across international geographies
• Coordinate with internal teams for

  tracking setup, reporting, and campaign delivery

• Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and optimization opportunities

• Research and onboard new publishers, affiliates, and traffic sources

  for lead generation
• Ensure

  compliance, quality control, and performance consistency

  across all campaigns

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, or related field preferred)

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPL, CPA, CTR, ROI, etc.)

• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and campaign performance dashboards

• Passion for performance marketing and data-driven decision making

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience
