Course Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Course Counsellor to guide prospective students through the process of selecting and enrolling in our courses. The role involves counselling students, handling queries, and ensuring a smooth admission journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students (via calls, emails, and in-person/online meetings) about available courses, career prospects, and learning paths.
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
• Assist students through the application, enrollment, and payment process.
• Maintain records of leads, enquiries, and conversions using CRM/Excel/Google Sheets.
• Follow up with prospective students to achieve enrollment targets.
• Coordinate with faculty, operations, and support teams to resolve student concerns.
• Stay updated on course details, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Education, Business, Psychology, or related field).
• 1–3 years of experience in counselling, sales, or student support (education industry preferred).
• Strong communication (English + regional language if needed) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to listen actively and understand student needs.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve and exceed enrollment targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Patience, empathy, and a student-first approach.
