Satisfying the minimum company requirements for talk time hours each month. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience preferred. Six months plus of SALES experience preferred. The ability to recognize and respond to customer needs and demonstrate a sincere commitment to resolving those needs. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to build rapport with a customer quickly, ask probing questions, and meet the customer s needs. Basic computer knowledge. Highly-motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit. Problem analysis, problem-solving, and adaptability. Excellent listening and communication skills
