Job Description

After completing the training program, resolving the sales queries, and converting them into sales.
Making outbound follow up sales calls.
Maintaining the companys standard conversion rate range.
Maintaining quality assurance grades within the company standard range.
Staying up-to-date with all product enhancement and protocol changes.
Satisfying the minimum company requirements for talk time hours each month.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Six months plus of SALES experience preferred.

The ability to recognize and respond to customer needs and demonstrate a sincere commitment to resolving those needs.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to build rapport with a customer quickly, ask probing questions, and meet the customer s needs.
Basic computer knowledge.
Highly-motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Problem analysis, problem-solving, and adaptability.
Excellent listening and communication skills
