Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Course Consultant, located in Patna. The Course Consultant will be responsible for providing guidance to students regarding course selection, assisting with enrollment processes, and supporting them in achieving their learning goals. Daily tasks include communicating with students, understanding their needs, recommending suitable courses, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. The role also involves helping to solve student queries and providing feedback to improve the overall course experience.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in student counseling and course consulting
Knowledge of computer science subjects, programming, and educational courses
Ability to assess student needs and suggest appropriate learning paths
Proficiency in handling enrollment processes and student queries
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with educational technology and tools is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science, or a related field
