Coupa Developer - Immediate Joiner

ANP is a leading consulting firm who is currently looking for Coupa Professionals to join their dynamic team.

Location: PAN India

Key Responsibility:

1. Technical Expertise:

   In-depth understanding of Coupa process. Provide Level 2/3 application support with monitoring the application support queue and address each issue as per the set protocol. Ensure Digital Incident/Change Management process is complied.

2. Solution Design:

   Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into Coupa solutions that drive efficiency and value.

3. Implementation:

   Lead and participate in Coupa implementation projects, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards

4. Configuration and Customization:

   Configure Coupa to meet specific business needs and, when necessary, oversee the development of custom solutions.

5. Integration:

   Good understanding & Experience of Master data & Transaction Data Integration with different ERP systems – SAP ECC / S4 HANA using Webservices/REST APIs & Middleware.

6. Data Management:

   Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the Coupa platform, implementing data governance practices.

7. User Training and Support:

   Develop training materials and provide guidance to internal team’s end-users. Also contribute on deployment activities like Unit testing, SIT and Cutover activities, Go live preparation,

8. Technical Documentation:

   Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, integrations, and customizations.

9. Troubleshooting:

   Diagnose and resolve technical issues and provide support for Coupa users.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 2+ Years of experience as a Coupa Consultant or in a similar role with significant exposure to the Coupa platform.
• Hands-on experience in Coupa system configuration and customization.
• Strong experience with data integration between Coupa and SAP ECC/S4 HANA using Webservices/REST APIs and middleware.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Coupa certifications.
• Experience with other modules within the Coupa suite.
