Company Profile: Our clients company is Ahmedabad based Rapidly Growing Pharma company having presence in more than 15 Countries Across South east Asia, Africa and Latam. They are focusing on therapy segments like Nephrology, Cardiology, Diabetology, Gynecology, Orthopedic and Gastrology. JOB LOCATION: IVORY COAST (WEST AFRICA) & CAMBODIA (Southeast Asia) Job Profile: Overall responsibility of entire Country Sales, Marketing, BD and operations. New products launching. marketing and sales of the company’s products, and meeting budgetary targets. Developing and implementing business strategies for growth. Manage and lead a team of employees, to achieve the organizational goals and objectives. Effective liaison with the regulatory and other government authorities, and keeping abreast of government policies. Preparing details annual budget and providing Daily/monthly report to the Head Office on performance and achievement of targets. To co-ordinate within the organization to meet the all requirements of Sales & Marketing divisions Desired Candidate: Graduate in Science/ Pharmacy, MBA (Marketing/ International Business –Preferred). 5+ years of min relevant experience required. (must exposure to French west Africa for Ivory Coast) Should be able to communicate in French Language for Ivory Coast, West Africa.
