Country Manager

As the Country Manager for LEDFlex Group in India, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our operations and driving the strategic direction of our India office. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring the effective alignment of all departments, including Operations, HR, Finance, Sales, and Marketing, with our global objectives. Your responsibilities will involve translating the global corporate strategy into localized initiatives, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. You will serve as the central point of coordination between the India office and global headquarters, overseeing compliance with local laws and regulations. Supporting department heads, fostering a high-performing workplace culture, and identifying skill gaps for training and recruitment strategies will be essential aspects of your role. Additionally, you will manage the country office budget, monitor financial performance, and collaborate with the Finance team to drive efficiency improvements. As the face of LEDFlex in India, you will represent the brand with clients, partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies, building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. Your strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills will be key in providing regular updates to global leadership and ensuring effective internal communication within the India office. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with a minimum of 8-10 years of leadership experience, including 3 years in a senior management or country-level role. A strong understanding of the Indian business environment, regulatory landscape, and market dynamics is required, along with proven skills in budget management and strategic planning. Previous experience in managing satellite or regional offices, the ability to navigate multicultural teams, and strong decision-making skills under pressure are preferred attributes.
