Job Description

Work with Government & Private Sector Key Stakeholders to drive Market Consolidation.
Participate in Industry Forums to actively change the Transfusion Medicine landscape.
Engage Consultants who would participate in driving change in the India TM Market and be the point of contact with external & internal resources to achieve success through these.
Conceptualize & Execute on Market Investments that could help transform the India TM market to one of greater attractiveness to the Abbott solution Manage the TM team to drive the multi-pronged strategy of Market Consolidation, Market Share Growth & Driving Scientific Superiority.
This would also include managing key customer relationships along with the acquisition and customer experience teams, creating a commercial excellence culture, and transferring learning and successful programmes across the Area.
This role reports to Managing Director and will interact with the Area senior staff as well as senior staff within country affiliates.
