Scope:

Role Overview

commercially driven Country Head – Business

market-building leadership role

Key Responsibilities

• Own and scale the

  India business P&L

  , with clear revenue and margin accountability
• Build and deepen

  enterprise and GCC client relationships

  , particularly in technology-led transformation programs
• Drive growth through

  relationship-led access

  , not transactional selling
• Expand solution-led offerings in partnership with competency and delivery teams
• Build, mentor, and scale high-performing account, delivery, and recruitment teams
• Act as the

  face of our client India

  with clients, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with Singapore and regional leadership on multi-country delivery and growth initiatives

Ideal Profile

• 15+ years in IT services, consulting, or technology-led businesses
• Proven experience building or scaling

  India GCCs / enterprise accounts

• Strong commercial orientation with demonstrated revenue ownership
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and growth environments
• Entrepreneurial mindset with long-term value creation focus
• The compensation framework will be open to

  value creation upside/equity-style incentives

  (ESOP) for key senior hires and the management team.
