Counter Sales Executive

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Counter Sales Executive to join our team at a retail pet shop and grooming salon. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a welcoming environment for customers and their pets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to meet their pet care needs. Address customer inquiries about pet products, services, and grooming appointments. Handle complaints or concerns professionally and ensure customer satisfaction. 2. Sales and Upselling: Promote and sell pet products such as food, toys, grooming accessories, and other items. Suggest additional products or services based on customer needs. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the store's revenue goals. 3. Grooming Appointment Coordination: Schedule and manage grooming appointments efficiently. Liaise with grooming staff to ensure smooth service delivery. 4. Cashier Duties: Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and issue receipts. 5. Store Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales counter and surrounding areas. Restock shelves and monitor inventory levels. Assist in receiving and unpacking new stock. 6. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on pet care products, trends, and services to provide informed recommendations. Requirements: Love for pets. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Comfortable working around animals and knowledge of pet care is a plus.
