Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to meet their pet care needs. Address customer inquiries about pet products, services, and grooming appointments. Handle complaints or concerns professionally and ensure customer satisfaction. 2. Sales and Upselling: Promote and sell pet products such as food, toys, grooming accessories, and other items. Suggest additional products or services based on customer needs. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the store's revenue goals. 3. Grooming Appointment Coordination: Schedule and manage grooming appointments efficiently. Liaise with grooming staff to ensure smooth service delivery. 4.
