Job Description

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Clearly explain services, offers, and packages to customers. Handle billing, payments, and receipts accurately using POS or billing software. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the counter area. Resolve customer queries and escalate issues to the manager when necessary. Keep track of daily sales, vouchers, and cash handling reports. Coordinate with the play zone or operations teams for customer requirements. Maintain product and price knowledge to assist customers effectively. Promote ongoing offers, memberships, and new services to boost sales. Ensure proper record-keeping and follow all company SOPs and policies. Required Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good numerical ability and attention to detail. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing/POS systems). Pleasant personality with a customer-focused approach. Ability to handle pressure during rush hours.
