Key Responsibilities: Greet and attend to walk-in customers in a courteous and professional manner. Ensure attractive and organized display of jewelry items at the counter. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations. Drive product sales by effectively up-selling and cross-selling to achieve sales targets. Accurately tally and maintain stock at the counter. Apply effective sales techniques to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and customer service excellence. Candidate Profile: Experience: 18 years of experience in counter sales, preferably in a jewelry store. Education: Graduate in any discipline. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation. Good sense of aesthetics and product knowledge related to jewelry. Team player with a positive attitude.
