We Are Hiring Counter Sales Executive

About the Role

Counter Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in product selection.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly.
Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
Ensure proper product display and stock availability at counters.
Maintain accurate billing and handle customer transactions.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries politely.
Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and sales guidelines.

Candidate Profile

1–4 years of proven experience in jewellery/fashion retail sales (counter sales).
Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
Well-groomed and confident personality with a sales-driven mindset.
Ability to achieve targets and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Fluent in English & local language.
