The ideal candidate should have at least 2 to 6 year of experience in telecalling or a similar role, with excellent communication and customer handling skills. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers/clients. Handle inbound queries efficiently and professionally. Maintain records of calls and customer responses. Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales/opportunities. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned. Requirements: Minimum 2 year of telecalling experience is mandatory. Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, punjabi . Basic computer knowledge MS Office, CRM Tools . Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
