Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Counselor to join our B2C team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a rewarding career in counseling and who possess exceptional communication skills. As a Counselor, you will be responsible for providing guidance, support, and personalized solutions to our clients through phone consultations and other communication channels. You will play a crucial role in understanding client needs, addressing their concerns, and helping them navigate their journey towards success.

Responsibilities:

Client Consultation & Guidance:

- Conduct thorough telephonic consultations to understand client needs, challenges, and aspirations.

- Provide personalized guidance and support based on client requirements.

- Offer expert advice and recommendations related to [mention specific areas of counseling - e.g., career planning, educational choices, personal development].

- Develop and maintain strong rapport with clients, building trust and fostering positive relationships.

Communication & Outreach:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to schedule consultations and follow up on progress.

- Effectively communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

- Utilize various communication channels (phone, email, chat) to interact with clients.

- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and progress.

Problem-Solving & Support:

- Identify and address client concerns and challenges in a timely and professional manner.

- Provide empathetic and supportive counseling to clients facing difficult situations.

- Develop and implement strategies to help clients overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.

Flexibility & Adaptability:

- Work flexible hours, including potential evenings and weekends, as required.

- Be open to learning and adapting to new counseling techniques and technologies.

Sales/Conversion:

- Explain and promote company products or services to clients, and convert leads into customers.

- Achieve set targets for client engagement and conversion.

Qualifications

- Passion for counseling and helping individuals achieve their goals.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to empathize with and understand client needs.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in using phone systems and CRM software (preferred).

- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.

- Experience in telephonic customer service or sales is a plus.

- Any relevant degree or certification in counseling, psychology, or related field is a plus.

- A strong desire to learn and grow within the counseling field.
