We are seeking a passionate and driven Counselor to join our B2C team. As a Counselor, you will be responsible for providing guidance, support, and personalized solutions to our clients through phone consultations and other communication channels. You will play a crucial role in understanding client needs, addressing their concerns, and helping them navigate their journey towards success.
- Conduct thorough telephonic consultations to understand client needs, challenges, and aspirations.
- Provide personalized guidance and support based on client requirements.
- Offer expert advice and recommendations related to [mention specific areas of counseling - e.g., career planning, educational choices, personal development].
- Develop and maintain strong rapport with clients, building trust and fostering positive relationships.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to schedule consultations and follow up on progress.

- Work flexible hours, including potential evenings and weekends, as required.

- Explain and promote company products or services to clients, and convert leads into customers.
