Job Description:
हम ऐसे काउंसलर की तलाश में हैं जो छात्रों (students) से प्रभावी ढंग से बात कर सके, उन्हें हमारे कोर्स/प्रोग्राम्स के लिए convince कर सके और ऑफिस के अन्य प्रशासनिक कार्यों में सहयोग दे सके।
Key Responsibilities:
आने वाले छात्रों और पेरेंट्स से बात करना और उन्हें सही कोर्स की जानकारी देना
कॉलिंग और फॉलो-अप के माध्यम से एडमिशन कन्वर्जन बढ़ाना
स्टूडेंट्स की क्वेरी को प्रोफेशनल तरीके से सॉल्व करना
डेली रिपोर्ट्स और ऑफिस डॉक्युमेंटेशन संभालना
टीम के साथ मिलकर काम करना और ऑफिस के अनुशासन को बनाए रखना
Required Skills:
अच्छी Communication और Convincing Skills
बेसिक Computer Knowledge (MS Office / Google Sheet)
पॉजिटिव एटिट्यूड और आत्मविश्वास
Counselling या Sales का अनुभव (यदि हो तो वरीयता दी जाएगी)
Working Hours:
8 Hours (Morning to Evening)
