🔑 Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze detailed cost estimates for residential projects
  • Develop and monitor project budgets and timelines
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and finance teams
  • Maintain accurate records of material, labor, and overhead costs
  • Identify and implement cost optimization strategies
  • Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints throughout the project lifecycle
  • Prepare cost reports and provide actionable insights to management


✅ Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in real estate or construction costing
  • Strong knowledge of BOQs, rate analysis, and costing software
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and cost tracking tools
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
