What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Overseeing end-to-end real estate project execution

• Coordinating between sales, engineering, legal & procurement teams

• Ensuring timely completion of projects within budget & quality benchmarks

• Managing vendor relations, contracts & construction schedules

• Driving operational efficiency and team performance

• Ensuring full legal, regulatory, and RERA compliance

• Maintaining top-notch customer satisfaction and brand image

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience in real estate operations

• Proven track record of handling mid to large-scale residential/commercial projects

• Strong leadership and cross-functional team management

• Sound understanding of construction practices, RERA, vendor management, and finance

• Based in or willing to relocate to Vijayawada
