🎓 Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building / related field
📌 7+ years’ experience in cost & contract management
📑 Strong knowledge of construction contracts (SIA, Redas, PSSCOC, PAM, FIDIC, JCT)
🏢 Experience across commercial, retail, residential, industrial & logistics projects
🤝 Excellent communication, negotiation & stakeholder management skills
