Role and Responsibilities

1. Must have Corporate Traveler experience.
2. Need to have working experience in GDS/GDS systems.
3. Must have excellent command over English Language.
4. Dedicated to High Quality experience for customers and delivering high CSAT.
5. Ability to identify stated and unstated customer needs, follow quality metrics.
6. Being a travel consultant and help customers with their booking needs on international / domestic travel (Air, Hotel, Packages and others) and resolve customer queries using multiple channels of communication like email / chat and phone channels.
7. Servicing of travel bookings that includes but not limited to exchanges, cancellation, queue management and coordination with suppliers etc.
8. Providing recommendations to customers and adhering to multiple process needs.
9. Knowledge of Travel products, basic geography.
10. Alert management of potential security issues or client complaints• Resolve customer complaints and issues.
11. Adhere to timelines schedules.

Minimum 2 Years of Corporate Travel Experience Required
