Job Description

As a Corporate Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end travel arrangements for our corporate clients while ensuring the highest level of service delivery. You’ll work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, leveraging your GDS and destination expertise to provide seamless travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and book domestic & international corporate travel including flights, hotels, car rentals, and other services.
Handle reservations and ticketing using Amadeus GDS efficiently and accurately.Ensure travel bookings comply with corporate travel policies and negotiated fares.Communicate proactively with clients to understand their preferences, budgets, and travel requirements.Provide accurate fare quotes, reissues, refunds, and exchanges as required.Manage urgent and last-minute travel requests with calm and professionalism.Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and vendors for changes, disruptions, or cancellations.Maintain and update client travel profiles for seamless booking experiences.Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.Support corporate reporting and travel expense documentation as needed.Identify opportunities for cost optimization and improved travel efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 6-8years of experience in the travel industry, specifically in corporate or business travel
• Strong working knowledge of Amadeus GDS
• Excellent command of English (written & verbal)
• Good understanding of airline fare rules, visa regulations, and travel documentation
• Proficiency in handling corporate accounts, MIS reporting, and vendor coordination
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills
• A team player with a customer-first mindset and problem-solving attitude
