Job Description for a Corporate Travel Consultant : Job Title: Corporate Travel Consultant Location: Gurugram Company: Expocity Travels Private Limited Industry: Travel & Tourism Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview: We are looking for Freshers & experienced people for the role of Corporate Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate must have done a diploma in Travel or have hands-on expertise in creating itineraries, Doing bookings Domestic & International, Hotel Bookings. A strong understanding of fare types & geography of the world is added advantage. Key Responsibilities: Design customized itineraries as per the client's request. Respond to the client's query in the given time frame. Coordinate with suppliers to get the best deal possible (if required). Responsible for monitoring the client communications. Stay updated with latest trends, travel advisories. Ensure all client requirements are handled professionally, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and repeat business. Requirements: Minimum 0-3 years of experience in Travel Industry. In-depth knowledge of Amadeus GDS and other booking platforms. Strong skills in itinerary creation, routing. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client servicing skills. Proficiency in MS Office, email communications, and travel industry CRM/software. Ability to manage multiple clients with a high level of organization and attention to detail. Strong problem-solving ability, and capable of handling client queries and operational challenges swiftly. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree or Diploma in Travel & Tourism or related field. Prior experience dealing directly with Corporate Clients. Fluency in English (written and verbal). Salary: Attractive package commensurate with experience + Incentives.
