Corporate Travel Consultant

You are a professional and experienced Corporate Travel Consultant responsible for managing end-to-end travel arrangements for business clients. Your role involves coordinating and booking domestic and international travel, handling flights, hotels, car rentals, and visa processing with accuracy and speed, and communicating effectively with clients in both English and Tamil for seamless coordination. You will manage travel itineraries based on company policies and employee preferences, utilize GDS systems for ticketing and fare comparisons, ensure cost-effective and time-efficient travel planning, and provide 24/7 support for urgent changes or last-minute bookings. Additionally, you will prepare travel reports and billing statements, maintain relationships with airlines, vendors, and travel partners, and stay updated on travel restrictions and safety guidelines. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate or B2B travel consulting, a strong knowledge of GDS tools and travel management systems, proficiency in English and Tamil, and an in-depth understanding of corporate travel processes and compliance. You should possess excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, the ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle confidential information.
