Role Overview:We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Flight Ticket Booking Consultant to manage both sales and operations for domestic and international air travel.If you have hands-on experience in using GDS systems, can confidently handle flight bookings, and have a passion for travel and customer service — we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:Handle domestic and international flight ticket bookings for individual and corporate clientsUse GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo for reservations and fare calculationsConvert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings with strong sales and product knowledgeAccurately manage issuance, re-issuance, and cancellations of flight ticketsProvide fare quotes, travel options, visa advisory, and travel insurance suggestionsMaintain daily records of bookings, payments, and customer follow-upsCoordinate with airlines and vendors for schedule changes or booking issuesDeliver excellent pre-sales and post-sales support to clients
